Screen-Trans was one of the earliest innovators in the Textile Foil Application process. In this process, Foil-On®, a water-based adhesive is screened in the design shape onto the fabric banner. When the banner is placed in contact with metallic foil and runs through a heat press, the foil becomes an integral part of the fabric banner. Today, Screen-Trans is one of the few manufacturers in the U.S. that has the ability to apply foil in large format or on continuous yardage.

Customers may opt to use foil accents on their projects if they are looking for an easy way to grab people’s attention, as the shine of the foil on a matte fabric will make the graphic stand out much more than other methods. This can enhance projects such as table runners and tradeshow graphics, as well as swimwear and yoga or dance apparel.

We stock a wide variety of foil colors up to 60” wide, including gold, silver, and many other fashion shades. With our process, we can print and foil on many types of supplied goods and care capable of running well over 5,000 yards a day for small or large volume projects.
