Fabric Banners have become one of the most useful forms of brand identification. Displayed in retail stores, hanging at sports events and museums, used in point-of-purchase construction, or forming the backdrop of trade show installations, these banners are produced by Digital Sublimation and Screen Printing.

At Screen-Trans, fabric banners produced by these processes are manufactured in our 19,000 sq. ft. Moonachie, NJ plant. By operating a managed control system, consistent color and quality are maintained through the run of each job. Some of our work has made it to large events such as the Olympics and the Super Bowl.

Banner projects can range in size, with a maximum seamless width of 124” and with quantities of a single unit on up to orders for thousands. For sizes larger than 124”, we can produce paneled pieces which are then sewn together to create one print. All banners are sewn, finished, packaged, and prepared for shipping in-house.

Fabrics available include more than 25 stock polyester fabrics. Screen-Trans also has a large variety of banner stands that can fulfill any needs, from large hanging signs to tabletop displays. If you have a unique hanging or display situation, we have solutions for you.

Sewing and Laser Cutting

Over the years, we've realized that automation is the key to progress. Having the ability to quickly print, cut, and finish high volume orders allows us to stay ahead in today's fast-paced environment.

Our Cronos Sewing System has given our finishing department the ability to sew pockets, hems, Velcro, and silicone edging (SEG) with ease. Aided by a conveyor belt feeding system, our team can output greater quantities of finished product.

Utilizing an optical-based registration system, our belt-fed laser cutter has the ability to precisely cut fabric to just about any shape leaving a sealed edge that will not fray. Unlike many other laser systems, we are not restricted to single load cutting. We can continuously cut up to 300 yards.
